流行性出血热是自然疫源性急性传染病,其传播途径目前国内外主要有三种看法:一种认为通过革螨叮咬传播;一种认为通过恙螨叮咬传播;或认为是动物源性传播。几年来我们对于革螨作为本病传播媒介的可能性进行了现场和实验研究,初步有以下几点认识: 1.革螨与出血热的传染源(黑线姬鼠)关系密切,它是黑线姬鼠鼠体和巢穴的优势寄生节肢动物。据近几年来在丹阳、干榆、东海、高淳、沛县及某水利工地调查,黑线姬鼠体表和巢穴中均有大量革螨,而极少发现恙螨。如丹阳县1976年3月至1977年2月检查黑线姬鼠639只及其鼠巢442个,共检获革螨158,765只(平均鼠巢革螨指数359.3),而恙螨仅发现
Epidemic hemorrhagic fever is a natural epidemic of acute infectious diseases, the transmission channels at home and abroad, there are mainly three kinds of views: one that spread through leather mites bite; one that is transmitted by chigger bites; or considered animal-borne transmission. In the past few years, we conducted a field and experimental study on the possibility of leather mite as the transmission medium of this disease. The preliminary findings are as follows: 1. The leather mite is closely related to the source of infection of haemorrhagic fever (Apodemus agrarius) The dominant parasitic arthropod of the line Apodemus muridae and lair. In recent years, Danyang, dry elm, the East China Sea, Gaochun, Peixian and a water conservancy site survey, black line Apodemus body surface and lairs have a large number of leather mites, and rarely found chigger mites.
