一、前言 输送机胶带的正确使用和精心维护将有助于延长其使用寿命。如果装载和操作方法合理、托辊及滚筒的运行情况良好,那么,胶带将会为用户带来满意的经济效益。 可以采用很多措施来延长胶带的使用寿命,降低维修工作量,减少更换皮带次数以及缩短停工时间。经验表明,胶带破损的主要原因有: 胶带跑偏;物料在托辊及滚筒上的堆积;胶带与托辊或滚筒之间的夹料现象;胶带在托辊连接处的疲劳破坏;受料端结构不合理;环境因素的影响(潮湿,高温)。
