我校在高效课堂改革中以“打造高效课堂,促进学生成长快乐教师工作幸福”为切入点,积极实施素质教育,不断寻求打造高效课堂的策略和措施。随着高效课堂改革的深入开展,我们的课改取得了突破性进展。一、营造氛围转变观念,引领教师课改幸福有人说,世界上有两件事情是最难的,一是将别人的钱装进自己的口袋,二是将自己的思想装进别人的脑袋。如何引导全体教师转变观念,在全校形成浓郁的课改氛围必然对学校的工作提出了严峻的考验。高效课
