In order to improve the scientific management level of the health director, the Health Bureau of Tientsin Institute of Health organized the first class of the head of the health directorship at Yantai Sanatorium from December 1st to December 24th, 1983. Most of the trainees who participated in the workshops were heads of grass-roots health clinics, and there were a small number of staff of medical officers and preventive health care staff, totaling 27 people. The teaching content consists of two parts: The first part deals with the knowledge related to the management of health clinics, such as the status and role of health clinics, the characteristics of health clinics, and the basic work of health clinics.
