1981年8月,我院开始实施医疗任务包干责任制。我们的指导思想是:在救死扶伤、实行革命人道主义的前提下,按照本院情和医疗质量管理法测,以经济管理措施调动广大职工的积极性,促进医疗服务质量的提高,经一年多的实践,取得了多方面的效益。医疗任务责任制的效益我院有300张病床,398名职工,其中高级医务人员83人,护理人员111人,工勤人员104人,管理人员21人,医技科室人员79人。技术骨干主要是六十年代
