结扎大鼠左冠状动咏前降支建立心肌梗塞模型,观察牛磺酸对心肌梗塞的治疗作用及对血管活性物质的影响。结果表明外源性注射牛磺酸可减少大鼠心肌梗塞坏死面积和缩小梗塞范围;血清 CPK、CK—MB活性下降.MDA 含量降低;牛磺酸还可使血浆 ET、GAL、SP、、cAMP、cGMP 下降。提示:牛磺酸对急性心肌缺血坏死有明显的保护作用
The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated and the myocardial infarction model was established. The therapeutic effect of taurine on myocardial infarction and its effect on vasoactive substances were observed. The results showed that exogenous injection of taurine can reduce the area of myocardial infarction necrosis and reduce infarct size; serum CPK, CK-MB activity decreased MDA content decreased; taurine can also plasma ET, GAL, SP ,, cAMP , CGMP decreased. Tip: taurine on acute myocardial ischemia and necrosis have a significant protective effect
