经历了数月的酝酿以后,粮价上涨已由预期变成现实。当前,玉米1009合约、豆粕1008合约价格,分别达到了历史高位和年内高点。粮价上涨何以如何凶猛?在有关部门的解释中,板子大多打在了天气上。今年以来,极端天气频袭中国。先是东北冻灾,后又遇西南干旱、旱涝并举、汛情四起。如上因素,会在一定程度上影响着粮食的收成。但是,把所有罪责归结于不可抗拒的自然力,似有推卸责任、找“替罪羊”之嫌。
After several months of deliberation, the rise in food prices has come true from expectations. At present, corn 1009 contracts, soybean meal 1008 contract prices, respectively, reached a record high and the year high. How fierce grain prices rise? In the explanation of the relevant departments, the board mostly hit the weather. This year, extreme weather has hit China. Frost first hit the northeast, and then met a drought in southwest, drought and flood simultaneously, floods everywhere. The above factors will to a certain extent affect the grain yield. However, attributing all crimes to irresistible natural forces seems to shirk their responsibility and find “scapegoats.”
