从实施愉快教学的必要性入手,列举桑代克的“效果率”和西德一位心理学教授在纽伦堡大学进行的大量的实验,来说明实施愉快教学能促进学生个性的形成和能力的培养。从创造一个适合愉快学习的优美环境;建立一种平等、民主、友善的师生关系;制造一种活泼生动的课堂气氛三个方面来阐述实施愉快教学的方法。最后倡导教师多用愉快的教学方法,方可促进学生个性的形成和能力的培养。
Starting from the necessity of implementing a pleasant teaching, we enumerated Sonderk's “Effect Rate” and a large number of experiments conducted by a West German psychology professor at the University of Nuremberg to show that the implementation of pleasant teaching can promote the formation and ability of students' personality Culture. From the creation of a beautiful environment suitable for a pleasant learning, the establishment of an equal, democratic and friendly relationship between teachers and students and the creation of a vivid and lively classroom atmosphere to illustrate the implementation of pleasant teaching methods.
