Laizhou City, Shandong Province Building Materials Machinery Factory, with the assistance of Shandong University of Technology, successfully developed the OYM125 hoist, recently passed the provincial technical appraisal. The OYM125 elevator is suitable for light and portable lifting equipment for the loading and unloading of buildings and external decoration works and the construction of underground works as well as loading and unloading of daily necessities and goods at high-rise buildings. By adjusting the support and the telescopic rod, it can be installed in windows, balconies, doorways, scaffolds, and between two floor slabs where there are support points at the upper and lower ends, and the overweight with pulleys at the arm ends.
