目的:探讨穴位敷贴治疗便秘的有效性、安全性.方法:62例患者随机分为2组,其中穴位敷贴组32例,中药组30例.穴位敷贴组以中药贴敷天枢、关元、气海穴;中药组口服苁蓉通便口服液.经7天治疗后观察疗效.结果:穴位敷贴组总有效率为81.3%(26/32),中药组总有效率为60.0%(18/30),两组经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组治疗后首次排便时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),穴位敷贴组促排便速度优于中药组;两组治疗前后临床症状积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组组间比较差异无统计学意义.结论:中药穴位敷贴治疗便秘疗效确切,使用方便,无疼痛,不良反应小,依从性好.“,”Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acupoint application in treatment of constipation.Methods Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,named acupoint application group(32 cases)and Chinese herb group(30 cases).In the acupoint application group,Chinese herbal plaster was applied on Tiānshū(天枢ST 25),Guānyuán(关元CV 4)and Qìhǎi(气海CV 6).In the Chinese herb group,Congrong Tongbian Koufuye(苁蓉通便口服液)was administered orally.The efficacy was observed after 7 days treatment.Results The total effective rate was 81.3%(26/32)in the acupoint application group and was 60.0%(18/30)in the Chinese herb group,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison(P0.05).The significant difference presented in the time of the first defe-cation after treatment between two groups(P0.05).The defecation promotion in the acupoint application group was superior to that in the Chinese herb group.The significant difference resulted in the comparison of clinical symptom integral before and after treatment in two groups(P0.05).The group comparison did not present significant difference.Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese herbs has definite efficacy on constipation.It is convenient in operation,no pain and less toxic side effect and good in compliance.
