社区居民的终身教育关系到普通居民的素养提高,信息化背景下,借助于信息技术发展的引领作用,可以让不同年龄阶层的居民接受到不同的教育内容。终身教育需要考虑居民的受教育需要与教育形式两个重要因素。关注社区居民终身教育的信息化特征,应当成为社区教育管理者的重要思路。
The lifelong education of community residents is related to the improvement of literacy of ordinary residents. With the help of the leading role of the development of information technology under the background of informationization, residents of different age groups can receive different educational contents. Lifelong education needs to consider two important factors: the need of education and the form of education. Focusing on the informational characteristics of community residents’ lifelong education should become an important train of thought for community education managers.
