作者用阈下剂量的马桑内酯进行反复腹腔注射,造成大鼠点燃性癫痫模型,为癫痫的研究提供了一种新的实验工具。在本实验条件下,每日给大鼠1次注射马桑内酯1.25mg/kg或1.75mg/kg所建立的癫痫模型较好。
The authors used a subthreshold dose of coriaria lactone for repeated intraperitoneal injections to create ignited epilepsy models in rats, providing a new experimental tool for the study of epilepsy. Under this experimental condition, the rat model of epilepsy established by daily injection of 1.25 mg/kg or 1.75 mg/kg of coriaria lactone was better.
