采用稀H_2SO_4加热加压水解法对楤木中齐墩果酸甙的水解条件进行了系统研究。结果表明:齐墩果酸甙的最佳水解条件为5%H_2SO_4、压力2～3kg/cm~2、时间2～3h、酸水体积为皂甙量的100倍(ml/g)。
The hydrolysis conditions of oleanolic acid in eucalyptus were studied systematically by dilute H_2SO_4 heating and pressure hydrolysis. The results showed that the optimal hydrolysis conditions of maslinic acid oxime were 5% H2SO4, pressure 2~3kg/cm~2, time 2~3h, acid water volume 100 times (ml/g).
