麻黄附子细辛汤首见于《伤寒论·少阴病脉证并治》篇。其方药组成是:麻黄4克、细辛3克、制附子9克。现将临床应用本方心得和体会简介于下。一、阳虚重感赵××,男,63岁,1987年5月3日诊。患者平素体弱,前20天突患头痛头胀,鼻流清涕,形寒肢冷但以背部尤甚,面容憔悴,精神不振,语言低微,舌苔薄白,脉沉微。曾服APC,速效伤风胶囊,中药银翘散等,症状有增无减。后来我院就诊,通过四诊,辨证分析实为年老体弱阳衰无力与邪抗争的表现,为阳虚之外感证。处方:麻黄6克、制附子8克
