为了验证消失模球铁件能否实现无冒口铸造,利用UG软件对球铁件建模,导入有限元分析软件Pro CAST进行充型和凝固过程的仿真数值模拟,研究了不同浇注温度下球铁件无冒口铸造出现缩孔情况。研究结果表明:在1 320℃时球铁的自补缩效果理想,不存在缩孔;而在1 370℃和1 420℃时,铸件内部有缩孔出现。所以,在消失模铸型刚度足够强的条件下,控制适当的浇注温度,完全可以实现球铁件的无冒口铸造。
In order to verify whether the lost die iron can be realized without riser casting, the software of UG was used to model the ductile iron and the finite element analysis software Pro CAST was used to simulate the process of filling and solidification. The effects of different pouring temperatures No riser foundry casting shrinkage situation. The results show that at 1 320 ℃, ductile iron self-shrinking effect is ideal, there is no shrinkage; while at 1 370 ℃ and 1 420 ℃, there is shrinkage inside the casting. Therefore, under the condition that the rigidity of the lost foam mold is strong enough, controlling the proper pouring temperature can completely realize the non-riser casting of the ductile iron.
