1958年11月2日至5日,时任中共中央总书记、国务院副总理的邓小平到贵阳、遵义视察,邓小平同志深入工厂、农村和城市街道调查研究。1965年11月21日至25日,时值贵州“三线”建设序幕拉开不久,中共中央政治局常委、总书记邓小平到贵州视察工作,邓小平同志一行视察了贵阳、六盘水等地。 小平同志在两次视察期间,为贵州的全面发展指明了方向,尤其是提出了适合贵州特点的经济发展战略。这不仅在当时,而且在此之后的几十年直至今天甚至将来,都有着重要的指导意义。现将小平同志视察贵州期间的讲话摘要公布,用以指引和激励全省人民把贵州建设得更好,并以此表达对他的深切缅怀之情。
From November 2, 1958 to November 5, 1958, Deng Xiaoping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, visited Guiyang and Zunyi and conducted an investigation into the factories, rural areas and urban streets of Deng Xiaoping. From November 21 to November 25, 1965, when the prelude to the “third line” of Guizhou was drafted, Deng Xiaoping, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee Political Committee and general secretary, visited Guizhou and Deng Xiaoping inspected the places such as Guiyang and Liupanshui. During the two inspections, Comrade Xiaoping pointed out the direction for the all-round development of Guizhou, and in particular put forward the economic development strategy that is suitable for Guizhou’s characteristics. This is an important guide not only at the time, but also in the decades that follow, up to today and beyond. The briefing speeches made by Comrade Xiaoping during his visit to Guizhou are hereby announced to guide and inspire the people in the province to build better Guizhou and express his deep cherish to him.
