通过对中国长春市和日本仙台市老龄者参加体育活动现状进行调查和对比分析,明确了两市老龄者参加体育活动的动机、频度、场所、项目的构成、满足度、关心度、要求、对健康和运动能力的自我认识。揭示了两市老龄者参加体育活动的特征和异同,提出了发展我国老年体育的对策。
Through the investigation and comparative analysis of the participation status of the elderly in Changchun City of China and Sendai City in Japan, the motivation, frequency, location, project composition, satisfaction, interest and requirements of elderly people participating in physical activities in the two cities were clarified. Self-awareness of health and athletic ability. Reveals the characteristics and similarities and differences between the elderly and their participation in physical activities in the two cities, and puts forward the countermeasures to develop the elderly in our country.
