合成了新试剂二安替比林对乙氧基苯基甲烷(DApEM),研究了它与钒(V)的显色反应,在磷酸介质中及Mn(Ⅱ)和乳化剂OP的作用下,DApEM与钒(V)生成橙黄色产物,用λmax等于450nm的光测定时,ε等于2.90×106L·cm-1,钒(V)在4~32μg/L内符合比尔定理,体系稳定性好。用于中草药中痕量钒的测定,效果满意。
The new reagent diantipyryl p-ethoxyphenylmethane (DApEM) was synthesized and its color reaction with vanadium (V) was studied. Under the action of Mn (Ⅱ) and emulsifier OP in phosphoric acid medium, DApEM and vanadium (V) produce orange-yellow products with εmax equal to 2.90 × 10 6 L · cm -1 when measured with λmax equal to 450 nm and Beer’s law at 4 ~ 32 μg / L with vanadium (V). The system stability it is good. For the determination of trace vanadium in Chinese herbal medicine, the results are satisfactory.
