使用硫化扭矩分析、平衡溶胀实验与核磁共振交联密度分析等方法研究了炭黑N330对天然橡胶(NR)化学交联的影响。结果表明,硫化扭矩差值与炭黑用量有较好的线性关系;交联密度变化时,未填充型和已填充型2种硫化胶的溶胀比差和交联密度差均保持不变,说明炭黑N330型对NR的化学交联没有影响。
The effects of carbon black N330 on the chemical crosslinking of natural rubber (NR) were studied by means of curing torque analysis, equilibrium swelling experiment and NMR cross-linking density analysis. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the difference of vulcanization torque and the amount of carbon black. When the crosslinking density changes, the difference of swelling ratio and the difference of crosslinking density between the two kinds of vulcanizates, which are unfilled and filled, remain the same The carbon black N330 type has no effect on the chemical crosslinking of NR.
