使用高速分散机和高压喷射装置制备了硼酸酯偶联剂湿法改性高岭土,通过测试胎面胶性能研究了高岭土改性效果。采用高压喷射装置研究了改性压力对胎面胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,改性高岭土全部取代白炭黑可改善胶料加工性能,其硫化胶拉伸强度和回弹性增大,压缩生热降低,滞后损失下降,耐老化性能变好;但定伸应力、耐磨性和撕裂强度均下降。当处理压力为0.8 MPa时,胶料力学性能最好。
A high-speed disperser and a high-pressure jet apparatus were used to prepare boric acid ester coupling agent wet-modified kaolin. The modification effect of kaolin was studied by testing the properties of tread rubber. The effect of modified pressure on the mechanical properties of tread rubber was studied by using high pressure jetting equipment. The results show that all the substituted kaolins can improve the processing performance of rubber compound. The tensile strength and resilience of the vulcanizates increase, the heat of compression decreases, the hysteresis loss decreases and the aging resistance becomes better. However, Abrasion resistance and tear strength decreased. When the treatment pressure is 0.8 MPa, the best mechanical properties of rubber.
