目的建立ALIANCE FUTURA水质间隔流动注射分析仪测定水中总磷的分析方法。方法仪器进样器自动进样,并将样品于密闭的管路中通过分析模块发生完全的化学反应后,进入流动检测池进行光度检测,由数据处理系统自动处理分析数据。结果在0~1.20 mg/L线性区间内该方法具有良好的线性关系,较高的精密度和准确度。其检出限低,对不同浓度的标准样品进行测定与国标法相比,测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与GB 11893-89钼酸铵分光光度法相比,该法具有提高工作效率及避免人工操作的不确定性等优点,可应用于大批量水样分析。
Objective To establish an ALIANCE FUTURA water quality interval flow injection analyzer for determination of total phosphorus in water. Methods The instrument was injected into the sampler automatically. After the sample was completely closed in the closed pipe by chemical analysis, the sample was taken to a flow cell for photometric detection. The data was processed automatically by the data processing system. Results The method has good linearity, high precision and accuracy in the linear range of 0 ~ 1.20 mg / L. The detection limit is low, the determination of different concentrations of standard samples compared with the national standard method, the determination of the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with GB 11893-89 ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry, this method has the advantages of improving work efficiency and avoiding the uncertainty of manual operation, which can be applied to large-scale water sample analysis.
