为探讨舰艇海上编队远航的卫勤保障组织形式问题,海军各级卫生部门和广大卫生人员近年来曾组织各种不同形式的卫勤保障组织,经过多次舰艇编队远航训练实践,总结了一些经验。在这些中间,我觉得在1980年赴南太平洋执行运载火箭发射试验任务时的单舰、舰群、编队“三级加强”卫勤保障组织,是比较完善的形式,既适合海军装备、技术和卫勤力量的现状,又适合海军海上卫勤保障的特点与平、战时的需要。
In order to discuss the organization form of medical support for naval formation at sea, the health departments at all levels of the Navy and the general health personnel organized various forms of medical support organizations in recent years. After many naval fleet training exercises, some experiences were summarized . Among these, I think that the single ship, the fleet and the “three-tier strengthening” medical support organization for carrying out the launch vehicle test mission to the South Pacific in 1980 are a relatively complete form that is suitable for naval equipment, The status quo of technical and medical power is also suitable for the characteristics of naval medical support at sea and the needs of peace and wartime.
