《邓小平文选》第三卷的出版,极大地激发了广大干部群众学习邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的热情.当前,一个学《邓选》、用《邓选》的热潮正在上海和全国各地兴起,这是多年来不常见的可喜现象.各级党政领导应当十分珍惜干部群众这种可贵的学习热情,遵照党中央关于学习《邓小平文选》第三卷的决定,切实把学习新一卷《邓选》摆在党的思想理论建设和干部理论教育的主要地位,首先引导各级干部特别是领导干部带头学好,并力求学出新的水平、新的成效,使这次学习能真正成为推进我国改革开放和现代化建设的强大动力.
