殷杰,1974年生,山西汾阳人,哲学博士。现任山西大学科技与社会研究所所长、教育部普通高等学校人文社会科学重点研究基地———山西大学科学技术哲学研究中心副主任、科学技术哲学国家重点学科学术带头人之一、二级教授、博士生导师,山西省首批“三晋学者”特聘教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,山西省政协委员。
