利用动电位极化、交流阻抗技术及扫描电镜手段,在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中,研究了两种季铵盐IMC和CBO化合物对Q235钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,IMC和CBO化合物的缓蚀效率随添加浓度的增大而增加,在质量浓度为80 mg/L时分别达到95.3%和98.1%,且表现为混合型缓蚀剂特征,CBO的缓蚀性能优于IMC.二者在碳钢表面的吸附为物理-化学混合吸附,吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附规律.
The corrosion inhibition behaviors of two quaternary ammonium salts IMC and CBO compounds on Q235 steel were studied by potentiodynamic polarization, AC impedance and scanning electron microscopy in 0.5 mol / L HCl solution. The results showed that the inhibition of IMC and CBO compounds The inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of concentration, reaching 95.3% and 98.1% at the concentration of 80 mg / L, respectively, and showed the characteristics of mixed corrosion inhibitor, and the corrosion inhibition performance of CBO was better than that of IMC.
