目的:观察新生儿采用蓝光照射治疗的效果,总结护理经验,避免出现不良后果。方法:我科于2012年1-6月期间,共收治了80例黄疸患儿,均进行了蓝光照射治疗,在蓝光照射治疗期间对患儿进行细心观察,同时给予精心护理,观察治疗的效果。结果:通过蓝光照射治疗,80例黄疸患儿的症状都能够有效改善,疗效满意。结论:蓝光照射治疗法能够将黄疸患儿体内的血清胆红素降低,在蓝光照射治疗过程中,再对患儿配以精心有效的护理,能够促进治疗效果,有效避免并发症,是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的一个安全有效的方法,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the neonatal treatment with blue light effect, sum up nursing experience, to avoid adverse consequences. Methods: From January to June of 2012, 80 cases of jaundice were treated in our department. All of them were treated with blue light.
