轮状病毒是婴儿及幼畜腹泻的主要病原之一。轮状病毒核酸是具有11个片段的 RNA 分子。我们从患儿粪便中提取轮状病毒核酸,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分离 RNA 片段及分子量测定。用分光光度法测定了核酸的紫外吸收,并对核酸及病毒颗粒进行了电镜观察。
Rotavirus is one of the major causes of diarrhea in infants and young animals. Rotavirus nucleic acid is an RNA molecule with 11 fragments. We extracted the rotavirus nucleic acid from the droppings of children and isolated the RNA fragments by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight determination. The ultraviolet absorption of the nucleic acid was measured by spectrophotometry, and the nucleic acid and the virus particles were observed by electron microscope.
