随着铜仁市人口老龄化的快速发展,养老服务工作逐步成为各级党委政府关注的重要课题。受经济发展滞后,养老服务业起步较晚的影响,全市的养老服务总量和服务质量都还有较大差距,如何正确估价发展形势,科学制定推进计划,统筹城乡养老事业发展,健全基层养老服务网络,促进养老服务产业带动,满足老年人的养老服务需求,服务构建“武陵之都.仁义之城”大局,是新常态下抓好养老服务民生工程的新课题。
