海洋占到地球表面积的71%,是生命的摇篮,孕育了人类文明,人类社会发展的历史进程一直与海洋息息相关。从英、美等大国崛起的道路来看,中国要成为世界强国也必然要走出大陆,深入海洋,发展海洋经济,融入全球化。全球航运史告诉我们,关键水路的开发决定着海洋强国的战略成败。那么,总体投资高达500亿美元、长度是巴拿马运河三倍多、土石方是三峡工程近五倍的超级基建大项目——尼加拉瓜运河,能否成为中国海洋强国的一大步?
