文章通过对150位武汉武昌区建筑农民工进行问卷调查和访谈,深入分析建筑工群体的社会关系网络特征,以及社会网络对其择业行为的影响与作用机制。研究发现:研究农民工社会关系网络特征需考虑其行业岗位及城市居住时间等因素;强关系虽有助于农民工获得就业信息和精神生活支持,但强同质性特征固化了其社会关系网络;政府、市场对农民工择业的帮扶力度小,弱关系网络作用不显著,反映出当前我国劳动力市场城乡二元分割的体制性原因,弱关系网络的缺失给农民工代际流动的实现带来了较大阻碍。
Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with 150 migrant workers in Wuchang district of Wuhan, the article deeply analyzes the characteristics of social network of construction workers and the influence and function mechanism of social network on their employment behavior. The study found that: Studying the characteristics of migrant workers’social relationship network should take into account factors such as job position and city residence time. Although strong relationship helps migrant workers obtain employment information and spiritual life support, strong homogeneity characteristics solidify their social network . The government and the market are less helpful in helping migrant workers choose their careers and the role of the weak relation network is not significant. This reflects the institutional reasons for the dual division of urban and rural labor market in our country. The lack of weak network gives the realization of migrant workers’ intergenerational mobility A big hurdle came.
