公路建设是一项十分重要的基础性保障工程,长期以来国家都十分注重公路建设,因为它是地区之间经济往来和交流的桥梁,是人们生活中必不可少的基础性工程,它的发展状况体现着一个国家的现代化程度,也是衡量一个国家民生建设是否做好的重要标准。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们已经不再只是满足于公路原有的使用功能,而对其舒适性和服务性提出了更高的要求,这就要求我国的公路工程管理不仅仅是完成工期,而应适应时代潮流,针对管理中存在的问题,进行管理创新,从而更好的为人民服务。本文针对公路工程管理中存在的问题进行论述,并对管理模式的创新及发展提出了一定的建议及具体措施。
