In the China Academy of Art and the Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, there is a middle-aged painter who studies hard, creates diligence, draws witty figures in the way, arouses everyone’s attention. He is from Tianchang, a flower and bird painter living in Beijing and Tianjin. Tian Pei-school did not enjoy the grandchildren’s peace and stability in his hometown.
