白带由阴道粘膜渗出物、子宫颈管粘膜、腺体、子宫内膜腺体以及输卵管粘膜腺体分泌物等混合而成。受卵巢激素(雌激素和孕激素)的影响,在整个月经周期中,白带在质、量、色等方面可有周期性变化。正常白带呈白色,稀糊状或蛋清样、粘稠、无腥臭味,对润滑阴道、保持外阴湿润有一定的作用,称之为“生理性白带”。
