抓队伍抓教材抓质量培训工作伊始,我们就注意抓好两项工作:培训的组织机构和教材建设。这是培训工作立足的基础,也是成败的关键。教育(培训)是一门科学,有自己的规律,必须按照周密的计划、旣定的标准去组织和实施教学,因此,培训工作组织机构一定要健全,人员要内行、得力。我们组建的原则是集决策、教学和指挥三部分为一个整体,两头小中间大,即决策层和指挥层要小,教学队伍要大。决策人员包括宣传部主管新闻工作的副部长,记协的常务副主席、秘书长和宣传部新闻出版处负责人,他们从培训工作的宏观上进行规划、决策和指导。指挥由记协管日常
Grasp the team grasping materials teaching quality training At the beginning of the work, we pay attention to two tasks: training organization and teaching material. This is the basis for training work, but also the key to success. Education (training) is a science and has its own laws. It is imperative to organize and implement teaching according to well-planned and determined standards. Therefore, the training organization must be sound and its personnel must be expert and effective. The principle of our formation is to set the three parts of decision-making, teaching and command as a whole. The two small middle-large, that is, the decision-making level and command level should be small and the teaching team should be large. The policy makers include the vice minister in charge of press work in the propaganda department, the executive vice chairman of the association, the secretary general and the head of press and publication department of the propaganda department who plan, decide and guide from the macroeconomic perspective of the training.
