人类活动导致陆地生态系统碳收支状况严重失衡已成为影响区域可持续发展的重要问题。文章以重庆市为研究对象,采用陆生系统的碳循环理论框架计算固碳量与释碳量,估算了2007—2013年重庆市及其五大功能区的碳收支平衡状况。研究表明,2007年以来,重庆市总体碳收支失衡现象加剧,且呈现出由中心城区向生态涵养区蔓延的态势,依靠自身生态系统已无法实现其平衡。逐年递增的人口和工业发展带来的能源消费是造成碳收支严重失衡的主要原因。为缩小碳汇与碳源的差距,文章还提出了优化能源结构、调整产业结构等建议。
Human activities lead to a serious imbalance in the terrestrial ecosystem carbon budget has become an important issue affecting the sustainable development of the region. Taking Chongqing as the research object, the paper calculated the carbon sequestration and carbon release using the terrestrial system carbon cycle theory framework and estimated the carbon budget balance between Chongqing and its five major functional areas from 2007 to 2013. The research shows that since 2007, the overall imbalance of carbon budget in Chongqing has been aggravated, and the trend of spreading from the central urban area to the ecological conservation area has been shown. It is impossible to achieve its balance by relying on its own ecological system. The energy consumption caused by population and industrial development which is increasing year by year is the main reason for the serious unbalance of carbon revenue and expenditure. In order to narrow the gap between carbon sinks and carbon sources, the paper also put forward suggestions on optimizing energy structure and adjusting industrial structure.
