[目的]了解镇江市场销售食品中食源性致病菌污染的状况,为预防控制食源性疾病提供依据。[方法]于2009年6~9月份采取镇江市主要集贸市场、超市、食品销售店的食品,依照《食品卫生标准检验方法》GB/T4789-2008和《2008年食源性疾病监测工作手册》要求检验。[结果]调查采集9类食品113份样品,检出致病菌11株,检出率7.96%(9/113)。检出致病菌有副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌、单增李斯特菌3类,其中有2份生猪肉样品同时检出沙门菌和单增李斯特菌;在本次调查的食品中未检出空肠弯曲菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7和金黄色葡萄球菌。[结论]镇江市场销售的食品存在食源性致病菌的污染,有引发食源性疾病的潜在危险。
[Objective] To understand the status of food-borne pathogens in foodstuffs sold in Zhenjiang market and provide basis for prevention and control of foodborne diseases. [Methods] From June to September 2009, the foodstuffs of the main markets, supermarkets and food stores in Zhenjiang City were taken. According to “GB / T4789-2008 Test Method for Food Hygiene Standards” and “2008 Foodborne Disease Surveillance Working Handbook ”Require testing. [Result] A total of 113 samples of 9 kinds of food were collected from the survey and 11 pathogens were detected, the detection rate was 7.96% (9/113). Pathogenic bacteria were detected Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes 3, of which 2 samples of raw pork at the same time detect Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes; in the survey of food Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli O157: H7 and Staphylococcus aureus were detected. [Conclusion] Foodstuffs sold in Zhenjiang market were contaminated by food-borne pathogenic bacteria and had the potential risk of triggering food-borne diseases.
