本文报导1980～1986车间我院收治的220例经胃镜确诊的疣状胃炎患者。胃镜检出率为2.52%(220/8701),220例中痘疹型占64%;节段膨大型占20.9%;息肉样型占15.1%。文中还就该病的临床表现、病理组织学改变、伴发病及治疗进行了观察分析。
This article reports from 1980 to 1986 workshop in our hospital admitted 220 cases of verrucous gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy patients. Gastroscopy detected rate of 2.52% (220/8701), 220 cases of pox type accounted for 64%; segmental enlargement accounted for 20.9%; polypoid type accounted for 15.1%. The article also on the clinical manifestations of the disease, histopathological changes, with disease and treatment were observed and analyzed.
