一个白手起家的电信运营商,在9年多时间里,总资产达到2050亿元,净资产扩大到838亿元,每元国有资本金权益由1998年的1.75元增加到2003年底的3.6元,中国联合通信有限公司创造了国有资产快速增值的奇迹。1994年7月19日,中国联通在我国电信改革的序曲中成立。这是在我国电信行业深化改革、打破垄断、引入竞争的重大举措,是中国电信发展史上具有里程碑意义的一件大事。
A self-made telecom operator has a total assets of 205 billion yuan and a net capital of 83.8 billion yuan in more than nine years. The state-owned capital and interest per yuan has risen from 1.75 yuan in 1998 to 3.6 yuan by the end of 2003. China United Telecommunications Co., Ltd. has created a miracle of rapid appreciation of state-owned assets. July 19, 1994, China Unicom was established in the overture of China’s telecommunications reform. This is a major move in deepening the reform, breaking the monopoly and introducing competition in the telecom industry in our country and is a major event in the history of the development of China Telecom.
