目的:探讨中药注射剂与抗生素配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用紫外分光光度法进行测定喜炎平中药注射液与抗生素配伍的稳定性。结果:将中药注射液喜炎平与头孢呋辛、头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟的氢氧化钠溶液配伍后在室温下5小时内配伍溶液没有出现沉淀、浑浊以及气体产生,而采用紫外线吸收后,配伍溶液相对含量发生变化,所以临床不宜配伍使用。结论:中药注射液喜炎平与抗生素的配伍具有不稳定的现象,因此加强中药注射液与抗生素合理配伍的研究具有重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the stability of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine injections and antibiotics, to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the compatibility of Xiyanping injection with antibiotics. Results: After compatibility of Xiyanping with cefuroxime, cefazolin and cefotaxime sodium hydroxide solution, the compatibility solution did not appear sediment, turbidity and gas within 5 hours at room temperature. After UV absorption , Compatibility of the relative content of the solution changes, it is not appropriate for clinical use. Conclusion: The compatibility of Xiyanping and antibiotics in Chinese medicine injection is unstable. Therefore, it is very important to study the rational compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine injection and antibiotics.
