锶矿泉水对高尿酸血症大鼠的影响

目的:观察高尿酸血症大鼠别嘌呤醇治疗过程中饮用含锶矿泉水对肾功能的影响。方法:给予大鼠含腺嘌呤和酵母干粉的混合饲料喂养,复制高尿酸模型。随后将高尿酸模型大鼠随机分为:别嘌呤醇治疗加饮自来水组,别嘌呤醇治疗加饮锶水组。测定血尿酸、肌酐和尿素氮指标的变化,并观察肾脏病理变化。结果:别嘌呤醇治疗加饮锶水组大鼠肾功能较别嘌呤醇 Objective: To observe the effect of drinking strontium-bearing mineral water on renal function in allopurinol-treated rats with hyperuricemia. Methods: The rats were fed with mixed diet containing adenine and yeast dry powder, and the model of hyperuricemia was duplicated. Subsequently, rats with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into: Allopurinol treatment plus drinking water group, allopurinol treatment plus drinking strontium water group. Determination of serum uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen index changes, and observe renal pathological changes. Results: Compared with allopurinol, renal function of allopurinol treated rats treated with strontium sulfate was better than that of allopurinol treated rats
