目的:探讨下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)nesfatin-1对糖尿病(DM)大鼠胃牵张敏感神经元(GD)放电影响及VMH-海马nesfatin-1通路调控。方法:链脲佐霉素腹腔注射制备I型DM大鼠模型,观察nesfatin-1对VMH GD神经元放电的影响;荧光金逆行追踪结合免疫组化观察VMH-海马nesfatin-1神经通路构成;电刺激海马观察其对VMH nesfatin-1反应的GD神经元调控。结果:
Objective: To investigate the effect of nesfatin-1 in hypothalamic ventricular medulla (VMH) on the gastric electrical discharge in diabetic rats and the regulation of nesfatin-1 pathway in VMH. Methods: The model rats with streptozotocin (STZ) were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin to observe the effect of nesfatin-1 on the discharge of VMH GD neurons. The fluorescence of nesfatin-1 neuro-pathways was observed by fluorescence retrograde tracing combined with immunohistochemistry.
