目的:通过分析C57BL/6野生型小鼠和TRPV1基因敲除鼠热性惊厥行为学、脑内炎性因子表达变化,探讨TRPV1对热性惊厥发生及复发的致病机制。方法:高热诱导C57BL/6野生型小鼠和TRPV1基因敲除鼠热性惊厥后:比较两组间热性惊厥行为学、脑电图及核心温度的差异;ELISA检测两组间大脑及经辣椒素和高热处理后BV2细胞中炎性因子的表达差异。结果:
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathogenesis of febrile seizures and its relapse by analyzing the behavior of febrile seizures and the expression of inflammatory cytokines in C57BL / 6 wild-type mice and TRPV1 knockout mice.
