一九八三年十二月二十四日至二十六日,兵器工业部新技术推广所在三一八厂召开了北京地区内热式盐溶炉快速启动节能新技术经验交流会。部属北京地区的厂、所、院、校及京外二十九个厂所,共七十七人参加了会议。会议由刘炳刚同志主持,介绍了兵器工业工厂自八二年以来实现盐炉快速启动的情况,提出了今后的任务。 这次会议收到了三十种有关盐炉节能的技术资料,有三十二位同志作了经验介绍和学术报告。据三一八厂等六个工厂的
From December 24 to August 26, 1983, the Weaponry Industry Ministry’s New Technology Promotion Center held a seminar on the exchange of energy-saving new technologies for rapid start-up of thermal-type salt furnace in Beijing at 381 Plant. A total of 77 factories, factories, institutes and schools affiliated to Beijing and 29 factories outside Beijing participated in the conference. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Liu Binggang and introduced the rapid start-up of the salt hearth furnace factory since 1982, and put forward the task for the future.
