目的:探讨pHGF治疗重症肝炎的作用机理。方法:选用Con A诱导肝损伤的小鼠模型,观察pHGF对肝细胞Fas抗原表达的影响。结果:正常对照未见Fas抗原阳性肝细胞;Con A诱导损伤组见大量表达Fas抗原的干细胞;pHGF处理组Fas抗原阳性细胞表达明显减少。结论:pHGF可能通过抑制肝细胞Fas抗原表达来阻断肝细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of pHGF on severe hepatitis. Methods: A mouse model of liver injury induced by Con A was selected and the effect of pHGF on the expression of Fas antigen in hepatocytes was observed. Results: Fas antigen-positive hepatocytes were not detected in normal control group; those with large amount of Fas antigen were observed in Con A-induced injury group; Fas antigen-positive cells in pHGF-treated group were significantly decreased. Conclusion: pHGF may block the hepatocyte apoptosis by inhibiting the expression of Fas antigen in hepatocytes.
