采用双核细胞微核试验(CBMN)对放射病人组、接触射线组和对照组外周血MN进行检测,MN率分别为1323%,420%和326‰。放射病人组明显高于其他两组(P<001)。接触射线组与对照组之间差异不显著(P>005)。放射病人组中异常MN率人数高达90%。本实验还对3组人员的CA作了检测,结果与MN相似,分别为206%,093%和069%,放射病人组明显高于其他两组(P<005和P<001)。接触射线组与对照组之间差异不显著(P<005)。实验表明CBMN方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于大样本人群辐射遗传损伤的筛检。
The peripheral blood MN in radiotherapy group, exposure radiography group and control group were detected by using binucleated cell micronucleus test (MNMN), with MN rates of 1323%, 420% and 326 ‰, respectively. The radiotherapy group was significantly higher than the other two groups (P <001). There was no significant difference between the contact ray group and the control group (P> 005). Radiation patients in the group of abnormal MN rate as high as 90%. The experiment also detected the CA of 3 groups of patients with similar results to MN, which were 206%, 093% and 069%, respectively. The radiotherapy group was significantly higher than the other two groups (P <005 And P <001). There was no significant difference between the contact ray group and the control group (P <005). Experiments show that CBMN method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the screening of genetic damage of radiation in a large sample population.
