脑血管疾病是目前城市人口死亡和致残的主要原因之一。随着科技发展和研究手段的提高，国外许多研究机构十分重视缺血／缺氧脑损伤的基础研究。我们结合国内外研究现状，着重简要介绍了这方面所做的一些研究工作及最新成果，主要包括（１）脑损伤动物实验模型；（２）诱发电位提取技术；（３）脑损伤脑电信号特征信息的提取。
Cerebrovascular disease is one of the major causes of death and disability in urban areas. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of research methods, many foreign research institutes attach great importance to the basic research of ischemic / hypoxic brain injury. Combining with the research status at home and abroad, we briefly introduce some research work done in this area and the latest achievements, including (1) animal experimental model of brain injury; (2) evoked potential extraction; (3) brain injury EEG Feature information extraction.
