本文介绍了超声电解法制备超细金属粉的工艺方法.通过改变溶液浓度、超声功率、电流密度等条件,摸索了对粉末粒度的影响规律.合适的条件可得到100nm以下的铜粉和镍粉;合适的表面活性剂可进一步降低粒度.对所得粉末用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等进行了粒度的判别和结构分析.发现粉末粒度随电流密度的增大而增大.这种现象可能与超声的作用机理有关,超声在制粉过程中不仅起到降低粉末粒度的作用,而且对沉积过程也有一定的影响。
This article describes the ultrasonic electrolysis process for the preparation of ultrafine metal powder. By changing the solution concentration, ultrasonic power, current density and other conditions, explored the impact on the size of the powder law. Suitable conditions can be obtained below 100nm copper powder and nickel powder; a suitable surfactant can further reduce the particle size. The obtained powder was subjected to grain size determination and structural analysis by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the like. It was found that the particle size increases with the increase of current density. This phenomenon may be related to the mechanism of action of ultrasound, ultrasound in the milling process not only play a role in reducing the particle size of the powder, but also have a certain impact on the deposition process.
