中华医学会医学工程学会第一届委员会于1993年10月11日在京召开。由中华医学会学术会务部董揠琴、马凤云同志主持,宣布中华医学会医学工程学会成立。马凤云同志介绍了学会成立经过及第一届委员会筹备经过。本届学会委员计划设27名,暂缺上海、四川及江苏各一人,现有24人,到会17人,超过半数,会议决议有效。会议决定聘请顾问三名并以无记名投票方式选举了常委及主任、副主任,现公布如下:
The first committee of the Chinese Medical Association Medical Engineering Society was held in Beijing on October 11, 1993. He was presided over by Comrades Dong Qiqin and Ma Fengyun of the Academic Affairs Department of the Chinese Medical Association and announced the establishment of the Medical Engineering Society of the Chinese Medical Association. Comrade Ma Fengyun introduced the establishment of the Institute and the preparation of the first committee. The current membership of the Institute is planned to be 27, and one person from Shanghai, Sichuan, and Jiangsu will be temporarily unavailable. There are currently 24 people and 17 people will attend the meeting, more than half of them, the resolution of the meeting is valid. The meeting decided to employ three consultants and elected the standing committee, director, and deputy director by secret ballot. The announcement is as follows:
