新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府委托卫生部专为新疆举办的初级卫生保健管理干部研修班经月余培训后,前不久在上海卫生部初级卫生保健管理干部培训中心结业。这批由维吾尔、哈萨克、回、汉四个民族组成的、以新疆普及阶段达标县市卫生处、局长为主的42名学员,已满载丰硕的学习成果分批离沪返疆开展工作。据悉,这是我国自开展初级卫生保健工作以来,卫生部举办的第五批初级卫生保健管理干部培训班,也是继山西、海南省之后第三个卫生部专为省区开设的初级卫生保健管理干部研修班,除得到委托省区各级党政领导的高度重视和地方财政的支持外,还得到卫生部、上海市卫生局、卫生部初级卫生保健管理干部培训中心多方面的帮助。
The people’s government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region entrusted the Ministry of Health with training for more than a month in the primary health care management cadre training class held in Xinjiang. Shortly afterwards, it was closed at the Training Center for Primary Health Care Management in the Ministry of Health of Shanghai. This group of 42 students, consisting of Uygur, Kazakh, Hui, and Han nationalities, and the health departments and chiefs of the Prefectures, Municipalities, and Prefectures that met the standards of Xinjiang’s popularization stage, have been carrying their fruitful learning results to work in batches to return to Shanghai. It is reported that this is the fifth batch of primary health care management training courses organized by the Ministry of Health since the beginning of the primary health care work in China. It is also the third primary health care management for the provinces and autonomous regions following the Shanxi and Hainan Provinces. In addition to being highly valued by party and government leaders at provincial and district levels, and supported by local finance, the seminars for cadres also received assistance from the Ministry of Health, the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, and the Training Center for Primary Health Care Management of the Ministry of Health.
