晋城市是在改革大潮中诞生的一个新兴城市,位于太行山南端,山西省东南部,全市总面积9491平方公里,辖6个县(区),121个乡镇,2416个行政村,总人口196万,其中农业人口162万,占总人口的82％。 1988年以来,特别是被确定为PHC示范市后,我们坚持把农民的健康问题提高到实现我国社会主义现代化建设第二步战略目标的高度来认识,切实加强领导,广泛动员群众,紧密结合市情,制定科学规划,全方位实施,分阶段突破,努力向13项PHC目标挺进。经过3年来的艰苦奋斗,取得了预期的成效。PHC工
Jincheng is a new city born in the midst of the reform. It is located at the southern tip of Taihang Mountain and southeast of Shanxi Province. The total area of the city is 9491 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 6 counties (districts), 121 townships and 2,416 administrative villages, with a total population of 1.96 million. Among them, the agricultural population is 1.62 million, accounting for 82% of the total population. Since 1988, especially after being identified as a PHC demonstration city, we have persistently raised the issue of peasants’ health to achieving the second-step strategic goal of China’s socialist modernization drive, earnestly strengthened leadership, extensively mobilized the masses, and integrated closely with the city. Situation, formulate a scientific plan, implement it in an all-round way, make breakthroughs in phases, and strive to advance toward 13 PHC goals.
